These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the vPro EMR marketing website at vproemr.com (the “Site”), operated by VProVOB LLC (“VProVOB,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
The Site provides information about the vPro EMR product and lets you request a demonstration. Access to and use of the vPro EMR application is governed by a separate written service agreement and, where PHI is involved, a Business Associate Agreement between VProVOB and your organization. Nothing on the Site creates a right to use the application.
Content on the Site is provided for general information about the product and its roadmap. Product capabilities and certifications may change. Statements about certifications in progress (for example, e-prescribing certification) describe our current status and are not a guarantee of a future outcome or date. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
The Site does not provide medical, legal, or compliance advice. You are responsible for your own regulatory obligations. Do not submit protected health information through the Site.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Site and its content, including the vPro and vPro EMR names and marks, are owned by VProVOB LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse the content except as permitted by law.
The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as a scheduling provider. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VProVOB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
