This Privacy Policy explains how VProVOB LLC (“VProVOB,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the vPro EMR marketing website at vproemr.com (the “Site”). It does not govern the vPro EMR application itself, which is provided to healthcare organizations under a separate agreement.
The Site is a marketing website and is not intended to collect protected health information. Do not submit patient information through the Site's forms or by email. Within the vPro EMR application, PHI is processed on behalf of the healthcare organizations that use the product, and is governed by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and applicable law, including HIPAA and, where relevant, 42 CFR Part 2. VProVOB signs a BAA with every client.
When you submit a demo request or contact form, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, work email, phone number, organization name, and role) so we can respond and prepare a relevant walkthrough. We also collect limited technical and usage information through analytics (for example, pages viewed and the marketing source or campaign that referred you), used to understand and improve the Site.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct demonstrations, and communicate with you about vPro EMR. We use analytics and first-touch attribution to measure marketing effectiveness and improve the Site. We do not sell your information.
The Site may use Google Analytics and a small amount of browser storage to measure traffic and attribute marketing sources. These tools run only on the public marketing pages. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
If you choose to book a demo, scheduling is handled by a third-party calendar provider. Information you enter to book (such as your name and email) is processed by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and our sales process (for example, analytics and scheduling providers), bound by appropriate obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business records, and we apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted through the Site by contacting us at support@vprogo.com. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
