vPro EMR is a clinical electronic medical record built specifically for behavioral health: mental health and substance use, adults and adolescents. It covers the clinical record, admissions, medications and e-prescribing, vitals and withdrawal scoring, beds and safety rounds, outcomes, insurance and utilization review, and role-specific operational dashboards. It is one product in the vPro family (alongside the vProGo CRM, vPro Billing/RCM, and vPROMove).
Behavioral-health programs across the full continuum: detox and withdrawal management, residential/RTC, PHP, IOP, outpatient, MAT/OTP, mental-health programs, and adolescent programs. It supports the instruments and levels of care each population needs, including ASAM, LOCUS, and CALOCUS. Behavioral health is the whole of it, not addiction alone.
Yes. vPro EMR is HIPAA compliant and we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every client. 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality for substance-use records is treated as a data invariant in the model, so consent and redisclosure rules are enforced structurally, not left as a manual checkbox. We describe the platform as SOC 2 Type II–aligned with a continuous-evidence engine; we do not represent it as "SOC 2 certified," "HITRUST certified," or "HIPAA certified."
Yes. vPro EMR supports electronic prescribing (new prescriptions, refills and RxChange, medication history, real-time prescription benefit, PDMP, and electronic prior authorization), including EPCS for controlled substances. Prescriptions route to the national pharmacy network through DoseSpot. The prescriber has full choice of medication, and the patient has full choice of pharmacy. E-prescribing certification is in progress.

Yes. vPro EMR is multi-facility and multi-location from a single identity, with per-location scoping enforced server-side. You can run a whole portfolio from one login with cleanly separated data.
No. vPro EMR is CRM-agnostic. The admissions system runs standalone or fed by whatever CRM you already use, over an open integration layer. The vProGo CRM, vPro Billing/RCM, and vPROMove are available in the vPro family when you want them, but never a requirement.
